JOB  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES to include, but not limited to:

  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence
  • Plan sales and advertising campaigns
  • Design and oversee ad layouts
  • Attend networking functions
  • Interview/video clients for company feedback and marketing purposes
  • Organize charitable actions and projects
  • Participate in local events to increase company presence
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content via social medial channels
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach target markets
  • Continuously improve market presence by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with sales professionals and other departments to produce relevant content
  • In person public relations with current and prospective clients
  • Manage email campaigns
  • Attend trade shows


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
  • Solid understanding of social media channels and how to optimize content
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience

Inside Sales Support Associate

Innovative Fitness is a rapidly growing commercial fitness equipment sales and facility design company located in the Atlanta metro area and we are seeking a highly energetic, driven, results oriented individual to join our expanding team. The Inside Sales Support Associate is a sales support position that provides an opportunity for those new to the industry to learn and develop the necessary skills to move into a full sales position. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing self-starter who is eager to learn and build relationships with new and existing clients along with providing creative input and new ideas.

Major Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Assist sales representatives with in-office work
  • Prepare sales proposals
  • Create CAD drawings
  • Follow-up on sales proposals
  • Set appointments
  • Maintain database
  • Assist in preparing and presenting professional sales presentations
  • Formulate and execute lead generation tactics
  • Attend Trade Shows


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business or professional sales)

Fitness Equipment Service


Innovative Fitness is a rapidly growing commercial fitness equipment company located in Kennesaw and we are currently seeking a full-time experienced service technician to join our expanding team.

Job Description:

Perform diagnostics, document visits, complete repairs and preventive maintenance visits. Maintain client relations through professional and courteous service with a commitment to identifying solutions, offering recommendations, and providing for the customer's needs.


2 years of experience servicing, repairing, and/or assembling fitness equipment.

2 manufacture certifications

Aptitude for problem solving.Fitness Equipment Service
Must be able to lift over 40 lbs. regularly.
Good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Valid driver's license.  Must be able to provide 7-year MVR.
Background check and drug screening required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

Seeking a Commercial Sales Representative

Job Summary

If you are looking for an opportunity to showcase your sales skills in a supportive environment with an established, but growing company; this is your opportunity. We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative that will be responsible for pursuing and establishing new customers; and provide them with an exceptional consultation experience. This position is an outside sales position with uncapped commission, full benefits, and a competitive base salary.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Seek potential clients via cold-calling and in-person visits around the Atlanta Area (potentially state-wide)
  • Must not only meet but exceed goals; which includes revenue goals and benchmarks for prospecting activity
  • Build proposals with accurate pricing and value for clients and complete the full sales cycle from consultation to follow up after the sale.
  • Specialize in knowledge of all products supplied including flooring materials, fitness equipment, technology solutions, and maintenance services.
  • Initially, 80% of work will include seeking clients and 20% providing solutions to the client through recommendations and quotations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to follow directions and sales processes as provided by management
  • Ability to listen to our clients’ needs and develop solutions that help their business achieve their goals
  • Minimum 2 years outside sales experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy with working experience in Microsoft Office suite and Goggle docs
  • Candidates must be self-motivated, creative and must have a passion for business and helping others
  • Ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines.

  • Base pay ranges from 28K- 35K plus commission and bonuses.
  • Anticipated yearly compensation range with base, commission, and bonuses: 50K to 80K+

Preferred experience:

  • Sales: 4 years
  • Outside Sales: 2 years
  • Experience in the Fitness industry is a plus
  • CAD experience a plus
